This Privacy Policy explains how Moment Cue (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) handles information when you use our iOS application.
1. Who we are
Moment Cue is a casual billiards snapshot journal & shot replay app for iPhone. Contact: support@momentcue.app
2. Information we may collect
- Device identifiers — such as IDFA / advertising identifier, only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
- Diagnostics & usage — crash/performance-related technical data and basic interaction signals used to keep the App stable.
- Attribution data — campaign/install attribution information processed by partners such as Adjust and Apple AdServices (ASA), where available.
- Advertising / analytics events — limited event signals (for example purchase-related or engagement events) that may be sent to Meta/Facebook SDK when configured and permitted.
- Network content — the App may load remote configuration or web content to present game entry or related pages.
We do not require you to create an account with your real name to use the core features.
3. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve Moment Cue
- Measure installs and marketing performance
- Personalize or switch between local and remote game experiences when configured
- Comply with law and protect against abuse
4. Tracking & permissions
On iOS 14.5+, tracking-related advertising identifiers are requested through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. Third parties
Depending on configuration, the App may share limited data with:
- Apple (system services, App Store, AdServices)
- Adjust (mobile measurement / attribution)
- Meta / Facebook SDK (analytics / advertiser measurement)
- Content delivery or configuration hosts used to serve remote scripts or pages
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Advertising partners may retain aggregated or partner-side records according to their policies.
7. Your choices
- Deny or reset tracking permission in iOS Settings
- Limit Ad Tracking / Apple Advertising settings on device
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable
8. Children
Moment Cue is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International transfers
Information may be processed on servers outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
